I believe a flexible and individualized approach to lessons is always the most beneficial for musical growth. I think understanding a student's motivations and musical preferences leads to lessons which truly foster a student's desire to play and create music. I always strive for musical competency and eventual excellence with my students, but the assistance of their unique musical voice and individual artistry is my most prioritized pursuit.
