      Performance Experience: Trey is a freelance gospel pianist for local churches and has performed with ECU's Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Marching Band, and Chamber Singers, touring Europe with the latter. He has held lead roles in ECU Opera Theatre productions, including 'The Beggar's Opera". Recently, Trey has contributed music to TV series such as "Raven's Home" and "Sesame Street".

      Get to know Trey Scarborough

      Trey Scarborough is well acclimated in various genres of music including Classical, Gospel, R&B/Soul, Pop, and Jazz.  As an experienced musician Trey has traveled internationally performing in operas and touring with local professional and collegiate choirs.  Trey has taught music for over a decade to students from the beginners to collegiate level.  His primary instruments are Voice, Piano, and Trumpet.  Trey enjoys helping students find their passion in music whether through improvisation, classical training, or music theory. Trey believes that music is the universal language for everyone to experience and create.  He looks forward to helping students pursue their aspirations through music.  “If not now, when?”
