Performance Experience:
Throughout school, I was always looking for an excuse to play guitar, whether it was with the various bands I joined or as part of the Rialto Jazz Youth Orchestra. While rock has always been my foundation, I've developed a deep appreciation for many other genres, including jazz, country, blues, funk, and metal. Exploring different styles has made me a more versatile musician and continues to inspire my playing.
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe learning music should always be enjoyable. I'm a huge music nerd and love discovering new artists and genres, so I'm always interested in hearing what my students are listening to. My lessons are built around your interests and goals, whether you want to learn your favorite songs, develop strong technique, explore music theory, or prepare for performances. Every lesson is personalized to help you grow as a musician while keeping the learning process engaging and fun.

Howdy! My name is Tuari, and I'm a guitarist, bassist, jarana jarocha player, and ukulele player from South Atlanta. I started playing guitar when I was five years old and became serious about it by the age of nine. I'm a rocker at heart. Growing up, I didn't have cable, so instead I spent countless hours watching live performances by Queen and The Beatles, doing my best to channel my inner Freddie Mercury. So I've always had a passion for music and playing.
