Get to know Kyle Murphy
Kyle has been learning musical instruments since he began learning to read. When teaching a student who is new to the instrument, his primary focus is on making the guitar a fun and positive everyday habit. From there, the student and teacher aim to enrich all aspects of playing music alone and with groups to realize music as a lifelong resource. Kyle has nearly twenty years of experience teaching guitar and has enjoyed success with students of every age group and those facing learning challenges. Kyle completed two years of study in Jazz Composition and Arranging at The Berklee College of Music before completing a degree in Jazz Performance at Johnson State College in Vermont.
