About Abby Greenwald-Waterland

With over 4 decades of performing, teaching, and directing experience in Seattle, San Francisco, MN, AZ, and Europe, I have helped hundreds of singers, flutists, actors, public speakers, and writers develop their skills. I have taught all ages, (k-12 and adults), levels, and styles such as musical theater, jazz, gospel, R&B, pop, country, and classical music.

My education has included a BA in theater arts/music from SFSU (San Francisco State University), an MS degree in mental health and Wellness from GCU (Grand Canyon University), study with artist/educators such as Bobby McFerrin (jazz singer recording artist), Paul Horn and Adele Zeitlin (jazz and symphonic flutists), Eve Roberts-(UW prof./Seattle Rep actress), Davida Kagan-(Seattle Opera), Roland Wyatt (Head of voice dept.- NY Academy of Dramatic Arts/coach Manhattan Transfer), and Broadway’s Adrian West.
