Performance Experience: arthuretta has performed in over ten diverse academic ensembles, including their high school's string orchestra, jazz band, and winterline, as well as their university's symphony orchestra, choir orchestra, chamber ensembles, and male choir. She has also performed at gigs for churches, weddings, and other private events.
Teaching Experience: arthuretta has several years of teaching experience as a tutor. Currently, they are an official tutor for the Collinsworth School of Performing Arts at California Baptist University for several music courses. She has also worked at the School's Summer Music Camp for strings as a viola teacher for middle and high school students.
Teaching Philosophy: arthuretta believes that the best way to learn music is through its emotions and as an outlet for personal expression. They teach technical and analytical concepts as a means for performing music excellently and powerfully.

arthuretta cuicatl garcia is a composer and multi-instrumentalist, born and raised in Southern California. Studying at the Collinsworth School of Performing Arts at California Baptist University, their primary instruments for performance and teaching are the viola, violin, and piano. Additionally, she has experience teaching conducting, Western classical music theory, ear training, and Dorico.
