Get to know Daniel Pobee-Mensah
Hi everyone!
My name is Daniel. As a teacher, I've had the privilege of sharing my expertise in various percussive arts. My journey has led me through teaching marching percussion and exploring drums from diverse cultures worldwide. Performing at PASIC with the UNCG percussion ensemble was a defining moment, fueling my passion for passing on these invaluable experiences. One of my most fulfilling performances was playing vibraphone with a jazz combo during my college recital. Through learning drums and rhythms from across the globe, I've developed a keen ear that can discern intricate sounds in a world filled with noise.
