Teaching Philosophy: I strive to engage my students in a meaningful way and to provide them with an outstanding music education. Each of my students leaves my studio having grown in two significant ways: Each can do something o the instrument that he/she could not do before, and each leaves understanding music in a deeper way than before. It's my approach to answer an age-old question....what do you know and what can you do?
I also teach virtually all of my students jazz improvisation.
