Teaching Philosophy: Whether you want to be a professional musician or just find a fun hobby, anyone can learn to play music if you have the right teachers. My approach is to identify the needs and goals of each student and tailor lessons to best serve the individual. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
Get to know Evan Jacobi
Evan Jacobi is a Clemson native and professional first-call working saxophonist for many musical genres. He began playing saxophone in middle school, later attended the SC Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities for saxophone, and received a degree in Jazz Saxophone Performance from the College of Charleston. He has performed in hundreds of different venues with some of the most talented musicians in the Southeast. His influences include Charlie Parker, Cannonball Adderley, Chris Potter, Kenny Garrett, and many more. He offers private instruction to students of all ages and skill levels and would love to work with you!
