About Garrett Krawczyk

Garrett Krawczyk is a composer and saxophonist who has earned degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Music Composition from Tennessee Technological University. His musical experience includes performance, composition, conducting, work in the marching arts, and music education. He has performed as a soloist and with saxophone ensembles, concert bands, marching bands, chamber groups, and brass ensembles; he has also performed his own compositions and taken part in a number of musical conferences and professional events, such as those at the North American Saxophone Alliance Regional and National Conferences and the Navy Band Saxophone Symposium. The variety of musical styles and settings in which he has performed ranges from classical and contemporary music to popular music and the marching arts. Together with his performing activities, he has created a collection of original compositions and acquired experience in conducting and in leading ensembles.
