Performance Experience: Garrison marched for 4 years in the laurel senior high school marching band and Morgan state marching machine for 5+ years. I also do gigs around the Milton and Rehoboth Delaware area as well as Maryland
Teaching Experience: Garrison was a section leader all throughout high school and mentored his fellow students throughout high school and continued to teach students after college after at laurel senior high school!
Teaching Philosophy: Students should be allowed the freedom to explore learn whatever music they like. I love giving them a classical approach and then also teaching them with their favorite songs as well!
Get to know Garrison
Garrison has been playing music since he's been 5 growing up in churching playing the drums. He always had a love for musicians. 5th grade he decided to pick up the trumpet and his band director Mr. Jason Rogers pushed him to learn how to play baritone and tuba. In high school he also picked up piano and bass! He also helped Jason Rogers teach his younger students before and after college!
