About Dr. B

For over 29 years, Dr. Harvey D Bullock, Jr. has educated and enlightened young minds through the medium of music. A graduate of Elizabeth City State University, Delaware State University, and Capella University, Dr. Bullock has served as band director for schools in both Virginia and Delaware, including for Dover Central Middle School in Dover, Seaford High School in Seaford, and Sussex Tech High School in Georgetown, DE. Dr. Bullock’s bands have been known for energetic, and exciting performances. Dr. Bullock takes great joy in sharing with, and transferring his love of music to, his students. It is his desire that they leave his program with the same lifelong lessons, experiences, and memories that has fueled his love of music, and that have propelled him to become a music educator.
