About Jake Duncan

Jake Duncan is a multi-instrument teacher who works with students on drums, guitar, bass, piano, and voice, creating engaging lessons that build confidence, technique, and a genuine love of music. He teaches beginner piano and voice as well as beginner to advanced drums, guitar, and bass, incorporating music theory, improvisation, performance skills, and a wide variety of musical styles into his instruction. Jake believes learning should be fun and focuses on helping students develop strong practice habits while working toward personal goals such as performing, recording, or simply enjoying music. Jake holds an Associate of Arts degree with a focus in Education, performed as a drummer in a touring band for three years, and has taught more than 100 students over the course of his teaching career.
