Education: Jinette Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of New Hampshire and has completed a teacher credentialing course through the Cal State TEACH program. Additionally, a current member of NAfME (National Association for Music Education) and ASTA (American String Teachers Association)

Teaching Philosophy: Instruct - I believe in creating a safe and enthusiastic environment for my students to explore that part of themselves. Enabling a student to access their inner expression allows them to grow not only as a violinist but also as an artist.
Introduce- It is important that I introduce my students to a wide range of musical genres.
Inspire – I provide the scaffolding to my students while they are learning until they can stand on their own and thrive.
Get to know Jinette Martinez
Playing my violin has allowed me to travel and meet people around the world. I have played for unique occasions and events such as weddings, funerals, fund raisers, musicals, ballets, recitals, and much more. I believe playing music builds community and long-lasting friendships. At times it is also my outlet to express feelings and emotions that words cannot describe. It is my ardent desire to share my joy of performing music with each of my students.
