Hi,

My name's Mak! I'm a guitarist, audio technician, and all-around music fan based in the DC area.

I first picked up a guitar at age 12, learning classical techniques in a formal classroom setting. Since then, I've studied flamenco, rock, blues, hard rock, heavy metal, and thrash metal. I've personally benefited from both formal teachers and self-learning, and I love sharing the craft with the community!

I'm always up for discussing music, movies, and video games. Some of my favorite bands include King Crimson, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Yes, Jethro Tull, and Camel.
