About Mallorie Baker

Mallorie Baker is a flute teacher who works with beginner to intermediate students, creating personalized lessons that match each student’s current musical knowledge and individual goals. Her instruction emphasizes music reading, tone development, flute technique, solo preparation, and classical repertoire while helping students build confidence through consistent progress and daily practice. Mallorie believes the greatest improvement happens through regular practice, but also encourages students to stay motivated by learning music they enjoy alongside their technical studies. Whether preparing for recitals, school performances, solo competitions, or simply playing for fun, students receive supportive guidance tailored to their needs. Mallorie holds an Associate’s degree in General Music and brings four years of performance experience with the United States Marine Corps Band.
