Get to know Parker Allen
Parker Allen teaches beginner to advanced guitar, bass, and ukulele, creating flexible lessons that combine strong fundamentals with music students are excited to explore. His instruction develops chords, scales, technique, improvisation, and musical literacy while encouraging creativity and independence. Parker teaches jazz, blues, rock, neo-soul, and ’90s and 2000s alternative music, using favorite songs to introduce broader musical concepts. He helps students prepare for recitals, performances, songwriting, jam sessions, bands, and personal musical goals. Parker has taught music for three years and brings many years of experience performing original music at local venues.
