Paula brings over three decades of vocal performance and teaching experience to Music & Arts, with a genuine passion for helping students discover their own musical voice. 

As a lifelong singer who learned piano to support her vocal work, Paula understands how the piano opens up music in unique ways—exploring structure, finding where notes resonate in the body, and creating a framework that organizes both the music and the mind. This perspective makes her especially effective at teaching beginning piano to students who want to truly understand what they're playing while enjoying the journey!

Paula's teaching approach is flexible and student-centered with a good dose of humor built-in. She offers progressive learning with game-based structured practice for students building solid foundations, as well as audition preparation, musical theater coaching, and lessons for those who simply want to enjoy making music—whether that means exploring piano with music theory or getting confident for karaoke night.
