Performance Experience: Rickys skillset has allowed him to perform in venues/events such as Disneyland, Mission Inn Hotel and Festival of Lights, opened up for B.B. King at the House of Blues in Anaheim, Top 5 in Riverside’s Got Talent Competition, Knotts Berry Farm, Harrah’s Resort, Inland Empire Jazz Festival, The Dome at America’s Center for the National Advance Youth Congress in St. Louis, Laguna Sawdust Festival, Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, Angel Stadium, the NAMM Show in 2023, and many more.

Teaching Experience: 5 years

Teaching Philosophy: I believe that students have the ability to learn and become an established musician that they desire. My goal is to help teach the fundamental technique to the desired instrument and help them understand how they can grow into a better musician. I will provide the resources and the student provides the effort to grow. In my experience, it does not matter the age or background; if you want to do it - you can.

Get to know Ricky Casioce

Ricky Casioce is a versatile musician and recording/session artist from Riverside, CA. It was at the age of nine that he first began his musical journey and it has taken him places he never imagined he would encounter. Throughout high school and college he has received many awards for his abilities on the saxophone. He went on to attain his A.A. in Fine and Applied Arts at Riverside City College and achieved his B.A. in Music Education with an emphasis in instrumental music. His passion for music has no genre boundaries in which he has performed with numerous artists, gospel groups, jazz bands, wind ensembles, symphony orchestras, festivals, and even competitions. However, his love for performing coincides with his love for teaching and seeing others grow. He has taught for 5+ years and plans to continue to teach students as much as he can.
