My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that every person is unique and possesses distinct strengths and potential, much like the essence of Einstein's famous quote: "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." This idea underscores the importance of recognizing and nurturing individual talents rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all standard of success. In essence, my teaching philosophy is about recognizing the inherent potential in every student and providing them with the tools, support, and encouragement they need to thrive. By embracing the spirit of Einstein's fish, I aim to cultivate an educational experience that celebrates individuality and inspires each student to reach their fullest potential.
