About Scott Spink

Scott Spink is a piano, guitar, bass guitar, voice, ukulele, and banjo teacher who creates lessons tailored to each student’s interests, goals, and learning style. They teach beginner to advanced piano and guitar as well as beginner to intermediate voice, ukulele, and banjo, blending technique, creativity, and musical exploration in a supportive environment. Scott encourages students to build confidence and independence through consistent practice, performance opportunities, and even “cross-training” concepts across multiple instruments and composition. Lessons can include tonal harmony, jazz piano, songwriting, and foundational musicianship while keeping the joy of music at the center of the learning process. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in music with a specialized certificate in piano from SUNY Oswego and has been teaching since 2013.
