About Sharon Chari

Sharon Majeske Chari was born into a professional musician family, in Cleveland, Ohio. She played her first full solo recital at 14 years old at the Cleveland Music School Settlement. She attended The Cleveland Institute of Music, on the campus of Cleveland Western Reserve University. She earned her Bachelor of Music Degree jointly from both institutions.

Ms. Chari has performed and lived in India, Israel and Costa Rica, as well as in the USA.

She values her students’ learning style and is committed to a compassionate life view. She practices motivation through understanding, encouragement and inspiration.

Ms. Chari’s teaching methods embrace traditional and creative methods to achieve high learning and performance outcomes.
