Performance Experience:
Will has performed with rock, prog, and jazz bands throughout Chicago and Vermont, as well as solo as a songwriter for the past 18 years. Depending on the gig, you may catch him playing drums, piano, guitar, and/or harp. He frequently performs at the Radio Bean in Burlington, VT under his own name and with luminary songwriter Nick Tansey.

Will teaches at Music and Arts and from his home studio in Burlington, VT. He has been teaching private lessons since 2023.
Teaching Philosophy:
My teaching philosophy centers around making music fun and using it as a vehicle to express yourself. I especially love teaching music theory to beginners because it empowers students to understand how music works such that they can eventually play whatever they want! I believe we all have music inside of us--studying and practicing are just the ways that we begin to access it.
