About Zack Brown

Zachary Brown is a brass and woodwind teacher who works with beginner to advanced students, creating personalized lessons that support each musician’s unique goals and learning style. His instruction emphasizes strong fundamentals through warm-ups, music reading, technique, and progressive repertoire while incorporating classical, pop, and jazz styles. Zachary believes every student develops at their own pace and tailors lessons to build confidence, musicianship, and long-term success. He enjoys helping students prepare for school band programs, honor band auditions, recitals, and other performance opportunities. Zachary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Western Carolina University, has experience teaching middle and high school band programs, and has been teaching at Music & Arts since 2024.
