This Saturday, August 6th, from 9am to 1pm at the Performing Arts Center, Music & Arts will be on site with your reserved instrument and/or accessories. Please see us in the band hall on Saturday to pick up your instrument if you have previously completed a contract with us (either at the instrument selection day in March, or at the store).
We will have all instruments organized by the elementary school associated with your child.
What if I cannot make registration day?
If you are unable to attend, please notify your director immediately! 6th grade camp is very important to your child’s success. If you are unable to pick up your instrument Saturday, your instrument will go to the middle school where your child is attending camp starting Monday, August 8th.

How do I know if I have reserved an instrument?
To reserve an instrument through Music & Arts, you must have completed a contract either at your school during your instrument selection day, at one of our stores, or online. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-731-5396. Stores do not have visibility to reservation orders.
How do I get an instrument and supplies if I did not reserve any?
We have plenty of instruments for rent at the Allen Music & Arts store. No appointment is necessary! Stop by during store hours and we will be glad to get you everything you will need to start band at Allen ISD, including the customized Allen band book only found at Music & Arts. You can also rent online here.
