
Incoming repairs information for customers.
We would like to update our customers with our repair policies. Any instrument that is logged in for repairs needs to be quarantined for 5 days before the repair techs can begin working on estimates & repairs. If you are a current rental customer, we advise you call the store in advance so we can review your account and instead of logging in a repair we can request the same model instrument as what you currently rent so we can exchange the instrument for you.
