Teaching Philosophy: I am firmly of the belief that first and foremost, music should be fun! Students should love and enjoy playing their instruments. For my students, I take a passion-based approach, at the same time as cultivating learning, growth, and mastery. In addition to teaching songs, I teach necessary technical skills, posture, and body motions, in order to cultivate relaxed, efficient, and safe playing motions.
