Areas of Instruction
Brandy Reese has had a lifelong journey with music. Studying piano from the age of four, she began teaching her first piano student at the young age of 13 years old. Since then, Brandy has taught many students of all ages, from very young children to senior citizens. Brandy has a unique approach when it comes to teaching music, and has an affinity for teaching very young students and students with special needs. Brandy currently holds degrees in Liberal Arts and Psychology, and hopes to return to school and use her musical talents to earn a degree music therapy. In her spare time, Brandy uses her musical gifts to give back to the community. She recently spearheaded the implementation of a children’s music program at the local Battered Women’s and Children’s Shelter and has volunteered with Dress for Success San Antonio. Brandy also volunteers her time with the LGSM Foundation, a local organization that assists individuals with special needs in private music study.
