About Brian Kelly

A lifelong student of the guitar, I studied music theory at Eastman School of Music. I've played in countless bands and have performed solo wherever my education took me -- Paris, France (BA in History), San Francisco & Phoenix (MBA) & Boston.  I co-founded the Maplewood Classical Guitar Society in 2006 and have taught fingerstyle, electric and classical styles for over 10 years. My students like learning tunes by Taylor Swift, Paul Simon, Shaun Mendez, Coldplay, Beatles, Zepplin, Queen, Pink Floyd, Bach, Beethoven & Venezuelan parlor waltzes (my favorite).
