Educated at Baltimore's Peabody Conservatory of Music and the University of Texas at Arlington, Cameron Raecke is an active teacher and performer. His students have won auditions for the All-County and All-State orchestras and the Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestra, have won concerto competitions, and have been accepted into competitive collegiate music programs. Cameron is the assistant principal violist in the Allentown Symphony and has also performed with the Singapore Symphony, Annapolis Symphony, Maryland Symphony, Fort Worth Symphony, and the Baltimore Symphony. As an undergraduate, Cameron went on tour in both Canada and Mexico as part of Bratsche Con Brio, a viola ensemble he was a founding member of. Cameron's most recent international performance was in the African nation of Cameroon, where his efforts to petition the government to remove an "o" from the country's name were regrettably unsuccessful.
