Emily has been playing the piano for over 10 years, and her passion for music began long before that. In 2019 she graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s in Piano Performance, and now is a church pianist as well as a tennis coach. Emily has been teaching piano lessons for five years and is passionate about teaching tricks on how to overcome performance anxiety as well practicing with purpose.
In 2019 Emily presented “Mindful Practice - Minimizing Performance Anxiety” at the Texas Music Teachers Association conference in Houston Texas. She has also been a judge at TMTA’s All Star Festival as well as performed for many master classes.
