Since opening our first store back in 1952, we’ve made it our mission here at Music & Arts to get people of all ages, backgrounds, and, interests excited about music. We proudly serve everyone from seasoned career musicians, to young students with a one-stop music shopping experience that includes incredible private and group music instruction, name brand instrument and music accessory sales, rentals, repairs, and a massive assortment of books and sheet music. Welcome to the Lawrenceville Music & Arts! We have been proudly serving Gwinnett County, Barrow County, and Hall County for over ten years! We’re conveniently located on the Duluth Highway and the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, near University Parkway in the Lawrenceville Market Center. We’re just south of the Yellow River and north of Redland Creek.

Interested in learning how to play an instrument but not sure you’ll stick with it? Our instrument rental program is a great option for anyone wanting to test the musical waters, without committing to a serious purchase. And with every instrument in our program 100% rent-to-own, you can rest assured knowing that all your monthly payments are contributing towards the cost of the instrument, should you choose to stick with it––and we hope you do! We have been assisting several middle school programs including Creekland, Dacula, Twin Rivers, Northbrook, Richard Hull, J.P. McConnell, North Gwinnett, J.E. Richards, and many more for over ten years.

Our group lessons are a terrific way for friends and families to learn something new and bond at the same time. By design, students learn as much from each other as they do from the instructor in group lessons, so they’re great for social learners.
