About Sarah Dunbar
Sarah received her education from Berklee College of Music and the University of North Texas, where she earned Bachelor of Music Degrees in Jazz Studies and Classical Saxophone Performance. Sarah earned her Master of Music Degree in Multiple Woodwinds from UNT in 2017, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Multiple Woodwinds. Sarah has studied saxophone with Brad Leali, Dino Govani, and Dr. Eric Nestler; flute with Dr. Mary-Karen Clardy; clarinet with Dr. John Scott; and oboe with James Ryan. Performance experience includes the North Texas Wind Symphony, Two O’Clock Lab Band, and Dallas Civic Wind Ensemble. Sarah currently teaches and performs throughout the DFW area.
