The time has come to allow customers back in the store! For the safety of you and our associates, please observe the following guidelines:

This is a company policy and no exceptions will be made for the safety of the staff and other customers. If you are inside and remove your mask, we will ask you to either put it back into place or leave the building. 


Limited Occupancy - 10 people at a time
Since only 10 customers are allowed inside of the store at any given time, the door will remain locked. Please either call the store or knock lightly for an associate to let you in if we have not reached capacity. 

Demos - Appointment Strongly Preferred
All instrument demos must take place in one of our demo rooms. The instruments will be wiped down before and after with all woodwinds and brass put into quarantine after demos are complete. Appointments are highly recommended. 

Rental Returns & Repairs - By Appointment Only
Since instruments are required to be wiped down first, all rental returns and repairs must first call the store and be processed differently. They cannot enter into the store via the front door at this time. Please call the store to set up your appointment for the rental return. We will confirm the account information at that time and verify who will be dropping off the instrument. When it is your appointment time -
1.) Park in one of our many parking spots. Please do not sit in the fire lane in front of the store
2.) Call the store to let an associate know you are here. We will ask for the car model and color in order to find you. 
3.) An associate will come out to collect the instrument from the trunk or back seat only. This is to ensure social distancing. 
4.) An associate will wipe down the case and confirm all the contents are secure. We will then verify the serial number in our system and process the return.
5.) Once printed, an associate will return to your car with the receipt.
