Located just off of Old Scaggsville Road, our Laurel Music & Arts store is just to the east of High Ridge Park and a short walk from Maryland's gorgeous Patuxent River. You can find us in the Cherrytree Shops. Both legendary indie act Le Tigre’s Kathleen Hanna and metal band Megadeath’s former lead guitarist Marty Freedman learned how to play music in Laurel and you can too with some private music lessons taught right in our store! Whether you want to learn how to shred on the guitar or write catchy songs on the piano, our incredible staff of music instructors is here to help! With a combined decades of experience teaching everything from music theory and songwriting to basic technique on a wide variety of instruments, our staff is here to help you succeed in your unique musical interests.
